Mohit has fourteen years of industry experience in IT services and technology domain. With post graduate degree in computers, he started his career as a software engineer in 2003. He joined Tata in 2005 as a consultant and led multiple technology and transformations assignments and programs. Mohit joined Hays in 2013 as Lead Solutions Architect and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer for front office in 2014. He is passionate about innovative problem solving, building technology teams and culture, product management, search technologies, machine learning, cloud and devops. Mohit is currently responsible for technology function of Digital and Innovation Services function at Hays.
