Marek Wrobel

Marek is responsible for the Hays Response sub-brand in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, which is focused on quickly and efficiently recruiting specialists in flexible forms of employment such as temporary work, outsourcing, contracting and interim management. Before this he headed up the Temp & Interim Services arm of the Hays Poland business.

Marek initially started his career as a Language Trainer before moving into the recruitment industry and rising up through the ranks at Randstad.

An MA graduate in Linguistics from Warsaw University, Marek has also completed a post-graduate degree in Marketing and Management from Kozminski University.

Now a veteran of the industry for over 10 years, Marek’s future focus is to grow the Hays Response business across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe while providing even greater value to his clients and candidates.
