Irene Saivanidis
Irene is the Director of People & Culture and is responsible for people initiatives across ANZ to support the business to continue to grow and dominate the market.
She commenced her career with Hays in 1996 and has 23 years of experience in consulting, recruitment, human resources and training in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. She holds professional and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Training. She has experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent attraction, selection and recruitment, training design and delivery, employee engagement and retention, reward and recognition.
In addition, Irene has expertise in succession planning, employee engagement surveys and internal communications, talent development and management, human resources, corporate governance and risk management and leadership and management development in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Irene has also consulted to clients of Hays and delivered tailored HR solutions to meet capital growth requirements and ultimately achieve improved people performance. Irene was appointed to the Hays Australia & New Zealand Management Board in January 2014.
