Georgina Woudstra has spent over 20 years coaching senior executives around authenticity, leadership, self-expression, and transformational personal development.
She graduated from Corporate Coach University and is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (only 1% of coaches hold the MCC credential), an MA in Change Management, an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mastery from ITS and a Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants from CSTD.
Georgina is also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and co-author of ‘Coaching Global Top Teams’ in Leadership Coaching: Working with Leaders to Develop Elite Performance (Kogan Page).
