Chia-Huei Wu is a Professor at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. His research focuses on proactive behaviour, work and personality development, and subjective well-being. He earned his PhD degree at the University of Western Australia.
Chia-Huei is the author of Employee Proactivity in Organisations, recently published by Bristol University Press.
