Charles Carnall has been managing the Hays business in Poland since December 2016, having previously worked for Hays in the UK for 16 years being responsible for one of Hays largest and most important divisions in the UK at the time, Hays Accountancy and Finance. In 2011 Charles decided to take a challenge and set up his own recruitment business working in the Finance Sector. With more than 20 years recruitment experience in both the Permanent and Temporary sectors, he has a deep understanding of both the recruitment market and Hays values.
